Cycle and Core

This class combines a cardio cycling workout and strength training. It consists of 45 minutes of traditional indoor cycling, followed by 10 minutes of core exercises.


This full-body workout uses light weights, bands, a ballet fitness barre and ballet footwork to create a fun muscular endurance-based workout.

Power Yoga

This class emphasizes strength and flexibility, promoting mental stability and concentration through challenging postures and an increased pace.
