Because no one is like you. Training services takes an individualized approach to ensure you get the most out of your program in a variety of disciplines.
We understand that not everyone may be ready or able to take advantage of our training services. To ensure everyone within the NC State community feels educated and empowered to engage in an exercise routine, we offer free 45-minute fitness orientations to teach you how to use our fitness equipment in a safe and proper manner.
