The 2022 Healthy Campus Week will be taking place September 26-30, and is packed with activities to empower students, faculty and staff to thrive. With a different focus each day, there are activities to work on every element of your health and well-being.

MOVEMENT MONDAY | September 26

Power Yoga

Check out this energetic flow format designed to challenge physical strength and mental concentration.

Cardio Dance

Get your blood pumping with this high energy dance fitness class incorporating cardio moves and lively choreography.

TALK IT OUT TUESDAY | September 27

Queer Quorum

Join us for a student led dialogue on a variety of rotating LGBTQ+ topics hosted by the GLBT Center.

State of Wellness

Have questions about well-being at NC State? Get answers to your questions and connect to resources at this campus wide dialogue and open forum.

Drop-In Wellness Coaching

Need help getting organized or making a study plan? Looking to get better sleep or be more physically active? Drop-in wellness coaching is an opportunity to get connected to resources and tools to help you meet your wellness goals. No registration required.

  • Time: 12 – 2 p.m.

Words of Wellness

Join Wellness and Recreation to co-create a community wellness mood board that embodies the six elements of wellness and how students express them. Set aside a moment to tap into the collective creativity of the Wolfpack and walk away with giveaways while they last. No registration required.

Fresh Check Day

Fresh Check Day® is an uplifting mental health fair that includes peer-run interactive booths, free food, music, and exciting prizes and giveaways.

  • Time: 11 a.m. – 3 p.m.

The Afro-Latin Flow Experience

Join this dance masterclass with Maria Monge with a fusion of traditional and contemporary Latin dance styles that draws its inspiration from traditional Afro-Puerto Rican dances such as bomba and plena, as well as salsa, bachata, merengue, rumba and a hint of Afro-house dance. Registration required.

FEEL GOOD FRIDAY | September 30

Pause for Paws

Join Prevention Services and our friends from Canines for Service for some relaxation and socializing to end your week on a paws-itive note. Registration required.

Feel Good Festival

Kick off the semester with the first Howl and Chill for a Friday filled with vibes. Free Kona Ice for the first 100 people. Music, crafts and fair food will be provided. Registration required.
