Wellness coaching is a free service, providing NC State students with the education, support and encouragement to develop healthy lifestyle behaviors.

What is Wellness Coaching?

Wellness Coaching lets you work on strategies and skills that help improve your lifestyle at NC State. Whether it’s eating healthier, getting better sleep or moving your body more, your coach can help you succeed. Establish your goals and your coach helps you reach them through creating a plan, provide you resources and hold you accountable.

    Register for a 20-minute drop-in coaching session with our certified wellness coaches. Create a study plan, a plan for staying active during finals and more.
