Join a community all striving for a common goal and experience the power working out with others can have on your fitness journey. Small group training is progressive and builds each week to better help you achieve your goal or learn a new skill. Small Group Training formats meet two times per week for four weeks.



Boxing at the Wellness and Recreation Center.


Release stress and get a great workout. Learn proper techniques using heavy bags. A typical boxing session includes learning hand and foot techniques while practicing to perfect form and agility. You will learn new combos each day to challenge your body and mind. No experience is required.
