Small Group Training

Progressive programming, intentional coaching, community environment 

Experience the power of working out in an inclusive, community based environment with our small group training programs. This program strives to enhance participants’ overall fitness through a progressive program that focuses on various aspects of fitness and skill development. All classes are coached by our nationally-certified trainers and instructors.

What can I expect?

  • Low cost per class (Students = $12.50/class, Members = $15.50/class)
  • Small class sizes (max of 8 people)
  • Progressive programming meeting 1 – 2 times per week for 4 – 6 weeks (varies by program, see program registration page for details)
  • Knowledgeable coaches/instructors to help provide individualized options for every participant and ensure each program fits your individual needs
  • An inclusive community environment where you will receive motivation and support no matter where you are at in your wellness journey. You belong here!

PackFit

Find your FIT with PackFit!

This comprehensive training program will enhance your health and function through a progressive approach to strength, power and metabolic conditioning. This two day a week program will challenge your full body through a wide variety of movement patterns and various equipment.

Fees:

PackStrong

Find your STRENGTH with PackStrong!

This learn to lift, inclusive group-based training program is designed to enhance your knowledge, form, and technique of the foundational strength training movements. With a focus on barbell movements (Squat, Deadlift, Bench Press, etc.), we will progress through a variety of strength modalities to help increase your confidence in lifting and creating a well-rounded workout program. Come learn in this fun, safe, training environment led by our nationally certified coaches.

Advanced Yoga

Deepen your FLOW with Advanced Yoga!

Deepen your yoga practice as a part of a 6-week program with progressive flows, advanced poses, and guided meditations. Work on goals of inversions and learning sun salutation sequences to flow on your own.

The Den Community Workouts

Join us in the newly-renovated Pack Training Den for a FREE 30-minute workout that will challenge your muscular endurance, power and metabolic conditioning. This community workout is led by a nationally-certified personal trainer.

Fitness Basics: Workout and Equipment Orientation

Attendees will receive a FREE tour of the fitness spaces in the Wellness and Recreation Center, learn about various equipment and how to set it up. All participants will receive free workouts to supplement their new knowledge of the space and equipment.
