Effective April 1, 2019

Employees and their household members with an active payroll deduction membership are eligible to use payroll deduction as a form of payment for small group training. Monthly deductions can be made in 1 to 3 installments based on the member’s preference. The total amount deducted will be equal to the advertised member rate. Visit the Member Services Suite for program registration.


Premier Boxing

Premier Boxing

Release stress and get a great workout. Learn proper technique using heavy bags while doing a challenging full body workout with intense circuits.

Advanced Boxing

Take your boxing to the next level. Learn new techniques with heavy bags and other equipment, while getting a challenging full body workout. Basic boxing knowledge (premier, kickboxing, or other) preferred.
