Small Group Training is canceled for the Fall Semester. We look forward to resuming small group training in Spring 2021.
Small Group Training formats meet twice per week for five weeks.
Release stress and get a great workout. Learn proper techniques using heavy bags in a challenging full-body workout with intense circuits. A typical boxing session includes learning hand and foot techniques while engaging in drills throughout the class to perfect form and agility. You will learn new combos each day to challenge your body and mind. No experience required.
Get ready to sweat. In Combat Kickboxing you will learn proper technique for a variety of kicks and punches using heavy bags, kick pads and boxing mitts. You will challenge your mind and body by practicing unique combinations mixed with strength and cardio workouts to build skill, power and agility.
This class welcomes all levels; there will be no sparring and no experience is required.
It’s time to take your strength and skill to the next level. This program is designed to teach proper weightlifting form and technique to beginner and intermediate female lifters. You will become familiar with barbells, dumbbells and other free weights while learning to execute major lifts in the company of your empowered coach, a nationally certified personal trainer.
Designed for experienced yogis, this mixed-level class offers intelligent options and variations that we will explore and progress together. Expect a practice with advanced poses, sequencing and mindful alignment cues designed to help you deepen your practice.
This technique based class will cover everything you need to know to perform the powerlifting movements safely and efficiently. We will cover powerlifting specific warm-ups, stretches, technique and other exercises that will improve your overall strength and mobility for the main compound lifts deadlift, squat and bench press.
Led by a USA Weightlifting (USAW) Certified Coach, this class will introduce power, speed and new technical skills to elevate your weight training. It will incorporate Olympic style lifts, plyometrics, functional kettlebell movements and more. This class is best for beginners and those looking to improve their foundations, but all levels are welcome
