A community all striving for a common goal, where you can experience the power working out with others can have on your fitness journey. Our Small group training programs are progressive and build each week to better help you achieve your goal or learn a new skill.

What Can I Expect?

  • 8 total classes meeting 2x per week for 4 weeks
  • Small class sizes (max of 8 people)
  • Knowledgeable coaches to help provide individualized options for every participant, to make sure each program fits your individual needs

PACKStrong: Learn to Lift

Find your STRENGTH with PackStrong!

This inclusive group-based training program is designed to enhance your knowledge, form, and technique of the foundational strength training movements. With a focus on barbell movements (Squat, Deadlift, Bench Press, etc.), we will progress through a variety of strength modalities to help increase your confidence in lifting and creating a well-rounded workout program. Come learn in this fun, safe, training environment led by our nationally certified coaches.

Advanced Yoga

Find your FLOW with Advance Yoga!

Deepen your yoga practice as a part of a four week program with progressive flows, advanced poses, and guided meditations. Work on goals of inversions and learning sun salutation sequences to flow on your own.

Boxing

Find your POWER with Boxing!

Release stress and get a great workout. Learn proper techniques using heavy bags. A typical boxing session includes learning hand and foot techniques while practicing to perfect form and agility. You will learn new combos each day to challenge your body and mind. No experience is required.
