It’s time to take your strength, conditioning and skill to the next level. This program is designed to teach proper weightlifting form and technique to beginner and intermediate female lifters. You will become familiar with barbells, dumbbells and other free weights, learning to execute major lifts in the company of your empowered coach, a nationally certified personal trainer.

Premier Boxing

Release stress and get a great workout. Learn proper technique using heavy bags while doing a challenging full body workout with intense circuits.

Advanced Boxing

Take your boxing to the next level. Learn new techniques with heavy bags and other equipment, while getting a challenging full body workout. Basic boxing knowledge (premier, kickboxing, or other) preferred.

Olympic Lifting

Get ready to master advanced weight training techniques and push your limits! This class will incorporate olympic style lifts, plyometrics, functional kettlebell movements and more. Your coach for this class is USA Powerlifting (USAPL) Certified Instructor and all levels are welcome.

Powerlifting Class

Powerlifting

This technique based class will cover everything you need to know to perform the powerlifting movements safely and efficiently. We will cover powerlifting specific warm ups, stretches, technique and other exercises that will improve your overall strength and mobility for the main compound lifts: deadlift, squat and bench press.

Advanced Yoga

Learn to Incorporate techniques of vinyasa flow with movement based, powerful poses. Through mindfulness and meditation, this class is sure to improve your week.

Please visit the member services to officially register for small group training. To register for the free week, please register on the WellRec App or IMleagues.com

Effective April 1, 2019

Employees and their household members with an active payroll deduction membership are eligible to use payroll deduction as a form of payment for small group training. Monthly deductions can be made in 1 to 3 installments based on the member’s preference. The total amount deducted will be equal to the advertised member rate. Visit the Member Services Suite for program registration.
