Les Mills GRIT Highlights Spring 2015 Small Group Training Offerings

Small Group Training returns for the Spring 2015 semester with four unique classes that provide high-quality workouts with affordable prices. Each class will focus on different components of fitness.

Les Mills GRIT is a High-Itensity Interval Training (H.I.I.T) format the combines strength, cardio and plyometric-based exercises that is designed to increase fitness ability and athletic performance. Classes are 30-minutes in length and feature unique workouts that are interchangeable and can be refreshed.

All Small Group Training sessions are led by Nationally Certified Personal Trainers and/or Group Fitness Instructors that are trained to help you see results. Small Group Training focuses on progression, skill development, motivation and enhanced fitness at every level.

Benefits for Small Group Training include group support and accountability. In a group atmosphere, participants can compete against one another, share experiences and avoid burnout. Not only will the trainers encourage group members, but in contrast to Personal Training, participants have more group support and can build off of each other’s successes and build a tight-knit community that encourages everyone to succeed and work as a team.

Small Group Training is a growing trend in fitness that more and more gyms are adopting. This trend is beneficial for clients and trainers alike. Working in groups exposes every person to new ideas and other workout styles which can improve overall health and wellness.
