PackFit Training
Enhance your fitness, build your strength and discover your power with PackFit. Led by certified personal trainers, each workout you will experience a progressive main strength lift, accessory movements and conditioning for a full body workout. This program uses a rotating weekly schedule where the day for each main lift shifts over the course of the month. This design provides maximum flexibility for your attendance while guaranteeing balanced strength work over the course of a month.

Pass Options
- You must be an active Wellness and Recreation member throughout the duration of your Pass.
- Passes are non-refundable once active. Discretionary exceptions can be made for medical reasons with valid documentation.

Program Details
- Advance registration is required for all classes and will open one week prior to the listed start time of each class. Log in with their Unity ID or Affiliated Membership username to register.
- Semester passes will be available for purchase on the first day of academic classes each semester.
- You must be a Wellness and Recreation member to purchase a PackFit membership.
- Classes will be limited or canceled during academic breaks and university holidays.
