Fitness classes are included with a Wellness and Recreation Center membership at no extra cost.

Custom Fitness Experiences

Our custom fitness experiences are designed and tailored to your group’s unique needs. All class requests can be hosted at the Wellness and Recreation Center (space permitting) or at an off-site location. All custom fitness requests must be submitted a minimum of three weeks before the requested class date.

Become a Group Fitness Instructor

Wellness and Recreation provides students the opportunity to train to become a nationally certified fitness instructor through our in-house Fitness Instructor Training Program. The program consists of online self-study modules coupled with format-specific workshops to prepare you for obtaining your certification.

Format options include: Cycle, Dance, LesMillsTM BODYPUMP, TRX®, Stretch and Flow, and F45 Training.

All interested students must first apply to our group fitness instructor position prior to being considered for our Fitness Instructor Training Program.
