Personal Training Memberships
NC State Personal Training offers membership-based training programs designed to cultivate lasting habits and a routine that fits your lifestyle. We’ll craft a personalized plan based on your unique goals and abilities, setting you up for sustainable progress. Choose from three options: Gold Level Pass, Silver Level Pass, and Bronze Level Pass.
With this commitment, you will:
- Develop a consistent workout schedule that works with your lifestyle.
- Stay motivated and accountable with a dedicated expert by your side.
- Build healthy habits that extend beyond the gym.
- Make tangible progress towards your goals.
Membership Details
- Training Scheduling
- Training eligibility is valid from start date to the last day of academic classes (Semester Training Pass) or for one month (Month Training Pass) from the day you are paired with a trainer.
- Training frequency is facilitated weekly, cancelled visits do not roll over to the next week.
- Training sessions are not guaranteed over holidays or academic breaks, this will be dependent upon both client and trainer schedules.
- Rescheduling requests are not guaranteed with less than 12 hours notice. Failure to communicate schedule modifications in a timely manner may result in a loss of visit for that week.
- Training Guidelines
- You must be an active Wellness and Recreation member throughout the duration of your Training Pass.
- Membership passes are non-refundable once training has started. Discretionary exceptions can be made for medical reasons with valid documentation.
- All training sessions must take place in-person.

Each workout features detailed warm-ups, video demonstrations, and exercise tracking– all with the flexibility to fit your schedule, wherever you are.

The Body Scan Assessment
The InBody 570 assessment gives you a comprehensive breakdown of your body composition, including fat mass and lean mass.

- Duration: 15 minutes
- Receive a detailed results sheet to take home, highlighting your Basal Metabolic Rate (BMR), Segmental Lean Analysis, and Body Fat Percentage.
Fitness Consultation
Our nationally-certified trainers provide a high-level “audit” of your current fitness journey. This 30-minute session is designed to meet you where you are, offering the professional analysis and resources needed to build a more effective, sustainable path to your goals.
Details
- Duration: 30 minutes
- Body Composition (InBody 570 Scan) : A professional-grade analysis of your body’s muscle, fat, and water distribution. A detailed results sheet to take home, and a brief walkthrough of your results.
- Movement & Technique Review: A professional “form check” on your key lifts to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Workout Routine Analysis: A strategic review of your weekly schedule to ensure balance, recovery, and alignment with your goals.
Please note that the Fitness Consultation does not include the following services, which are reserved for our Personal Training Memberships:
- Individualized Workout Plans: This consultation provides a movement schedule and routine analysis, but it does not deliver a fully designed, detailed, and periodized workout program for you to follow.
- Active Training Sessions: The consultation involves form checks and technique review, but it is not a hands-on personal training session where you are guided through a workout.
