Our nationally-certified personal trainers take a science-based approach to develop safe and effective programs tailored to your individual needs, goals and interests. Whether you are a regular gym user looking for that next step or you are brand new to exercise, we have a trainer for you.

- While we cannot guarantee availability of specific trainers, we will work to pair you with a trainer that meets your goals, interests, and needs.

- Completed payment and a Client Intake Form are required to complete registration.
- Please allow a minimum of 72 business hours for your package to be processed. Your trainer will reach out via email to schedule your initial session.

One-on-One Training
Each package includes an Initial Consultation/Assessment with your trainer to get you started.

- Session package options breakdown to $28 per session for students, and $36 per session for members.
- The semester training pass option provides access to training from the date of purchase through the last day of classes. Clients may choose to train one, two or three times per week with their trainer.
- Registration for fall/spring semester passes open on the first day of classes and will be available until full.
- There are no pass extensions or make-up sessions due to university holidays/breaks, scheduling conflicts or client cancellations.
- The specific number of training sessions per week is dependent upon both client and trainer schedules.
Partner Training
Partner training is designed for you and a friend to train together. We recommend both clients have similar training goals and experience levels. Clients must establish a partner prior to registering for partner training. Wellness and Recreation will not pair clients together.

Virtual Training
Utilizing the TeamBuilder Training App, participants will receive a quality virtual training experience with guidance from a certified personal trainer and the flexibility to workout where and when you want. Each program offers detailed warm-ups, access to video demonstrations and exercise selection options.

Group Training
Experience the power of working out in an inclusive, community-based environment with our group training programs. This program strives to enhance participants’ overall fitness through a progressive program that focuses on various aspects of fitness and skill development. All classes are coached by our nationally-certified trainers and instructors.

Important Notes:
- To purchase any package you must be an active Wellness and Recreation member.
- Sessions may be up to 60 minutes in length and will take place in person at the Wellness and Recreation Center and Carmichael Gym.
- New clients receive a comprehensive fitness consultation during their first session.
- Partner training packages are priced per person. Both clients need to register and pay before training may begin.
- Sessions are not guaranteed during university-sanctioned holidays or academic breaks.
- All session packages expire after six months.
