F45 Training

F45 is a global fitness brand designed to keep you motivated, engaged and reaching for that next level. Programmed by fitness experts, each session includes a unique workout to give your exercise routine variety and new challenges. These weekly trainings are interval-based with a cardiorespiratory endurance focus on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, and a strength training focus on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Sundays. Saturday workouts are modeled to be hybrids of cardio and strength.

A 5-day Free Trial is available for all new participants

Advance registration is required and will open one week prior to the listed start time of each class. You will need to log in with your Unity ID or Affiliated Membership username to register.

Program Notes:

  • Semester Passes will be available for purchase on the first day of academic classes each semester.
  • To purchase an F45 Membership Pass you must be an active Wellness and Recreation Center member.
  • Classes will be limited or canceled during academic breaks, public and university holidays.

F45 Orientation

Join our F45 coaches to learn more about the F45 Training program, including the workout schedule, room and class layout, common movements and what to expect in your first class. Following the orientation there will be an opportunity to participate in a demonstration of a typical F45 class. Orientation sessions will be offered at the beginning of each semester.
