Open Recreation
The Wellness and Recreation Center and Carmichael Gym complex is home to 11 indoor basketball and multi-purpose courts:
- Courts 1 – 8 are located on the second floor of the Wellness and Recreation Center, across from the Climbing Center.
- Courts 9 – 11 are located on the third floor of Carmichael Gym West.
Our courts are available for drop-in activities, such as basketball, any time the facility is open and reserved programming or academic courses are not taking place. To meet the needs of the NC State community, dedicated times have been set aside for activities that require equipment to be set up, including badminton, volleyball and pickleball.
