Programmed by expert exercise physiologists with endless exercises and workouts, F45 is a global fitness brand designed to keep you motivated, engaged, and always reaching for that next level.
F45 Sessions give your workout routine challenge and variety. Weekly workouts are interval-based training with a focus on cardiorespiratory endurance Monday/Wednesday/Friday and a focus on strength training Tuesday/Thursday/Sunday. Saturday workouts are modeled to be hybrids of cardio and strength.

- Semester Membership Passes will be available for purchase on the first day of academic classes.
- To purchase an F45 Membership Pass you must be an active Wellness and Recreation Center member.
