F45 Training

COVID-19 Impact

F45 Training classes will resume in the Fall 2020 semester and will follow all physical distancing guidelines. Class sizes will be limited and until further notice, all F45 Training classes will be the bodyweight version of the F45 program.

F45 Training classes will be free to all during the week of September 14 – 19. Starting Monday, September 21, you must have an active pass to register.

Due to limited class sizes, passes may be limited during the Fall 2020 semester.
