COVID-19 Impact

F45 Training classes will resume in the Spring 2021 semester and will follow all physical distancing guidelines. Class sizes will be limited.

F45 Training cardio classes will include bodyweight movements and strength days will include limited equipment for your safety. 

Due to limited class sizes, F45 passes may be limited during the Spring 2021 semester.

Not sure F45 is the right training program for you? Try the class for free during the first week of each Fall and Spring semester by registering on the Wellness and Recreation app under “Fitness/Swim” or email us for a trial day.
