No matter if you are a seasoned fitness veteran looking for that next step or brand new to exercise, we have a trainer who wants to work with you.
Getting Started is Easy
Review our packages and purchase.
When you purchase, a client intake form is required to learn about you and your training forms.
New clients will be welcomed at the start of the fall semester.
We work to pair you with the trainer that will work to bring your goals to reality.
After pairing, your trainer will schedule your first session and work out.
Personal Training Packages
- The first session of each package will be a comprehensive fitness consultation.
- Fall and Spring semester passes are open available for purchase for the first 30 days of each semester.
- Semester pass allows for 1, 2, or 3 sessions per week for the semester.
- Personal training sessions are not guaranteed during University sanctioned holidays.
- All session packages expire within six months of purchase.
