Our nationally certified personal trainers take a science-based approach to develop safe and effective programs tailored to your individual needs, goals and interests. No matter if you are a seasoned fitness veteran looking for that next step or brand new to exercise, we have a trainer who wants to work with you.

Getting Started is Easy

Step 1

Review our packages and purchase.

When you purchase, a client intake form is required to learn about you and your training forms.

New clients will be welcomed at the start of the fall semester.

Step 2

View our training team.

We work to pair you with the trainer that will work to bring your goals to reality.

Step 3

Start training.

After pairing, your trainer will schedule your first session and work out.

  • The first session of each package will be a comprehensive fitness consultation.
  • Fall and Spring semester passes are open available for purchase for the first 30 days of each semester.
  • Semester pass allows for 1, 2, or 3 sessions per week for the semester.
  • Personal training sessions are not guaranteed during University sanctioned holidays.
  • All session packages expire within six months of purchase.
