All semi-private personal training packages are for two people and the cost of the package may be paid separately or by the same person.

Effective April 1, 2019

Employees and their household members with an active payroll deduction membership are eligible to use payroll deduction as a form of payment for personal training. Monthly deductions can be made in 1 to 3 installments based on the member’s preference. The total amount deducted will be equal to the advertised member rate. Visit the Member Services Suite for program registration.


  • The first session of each package will be a comprehensive fitness assessment
  • Fall and Spring semester passes begin the first day of classes and end on the last day of class.
  • Semester pass allows for three (3) session/week.
  • Personal training sessions are not guaranteed during University sanctioned holidays.
  • All session packages expire within six months of purchase.
