New Student Outdoor Trips

NC State students paddling at Falls Lake

Wolf Camp

Wolf Camp is an optional incoming student outdoor program for new students at NC State. Students can sign up for a day and meet other new students while engaging in outdoor activities facilitated by university professionals and student staff. This is a great way for students to get started on their NC State experience before arriving this fall. Students can sign up for one of the dates listed below.

Equipment, Transportation and Food

Outdoor Adventures will provide all equipment for Wolf Camp. Participants will need to wear clothes they can be active in and bring a water bottle (loaners are available).

Lunch is included in the trip price, and we will accommodate vegetarian diets and those with food allergies. Transportation is not provided for any trips due to university COVID-19 regulations.  No previous outdoor experience is needed to enjoy these activities.
