Fitness Classes
Find your perfect workout in our high-energy, music-filled fitness classes. We offer a variety of class options, including strength, cardio, and mind-body, all led by expert instructors in a motivating and supportive environment. Fitness classes are included with a Wellness and Recreation Center membership at no extra cost.

Custom Fitness Experiences
Our custom fitness experiences are designed and tailored to your group’s unique needs. All class requests can be hosted at the Wellness and Recreation Center (space permitting) or at an off-site location. All custom fitness requests must be submitted a minimum of three weeks before the requested class date.

Wellness and Recreation offers a comprehensive Fitness Instructor Training Course designed to give you the knowledge, skills, and confidence to lead any format and obtain a nationally accredited certification. This semester-long course includes: Foundational Knowledge-Based Clinics, Format Specific Workshops, and Personalized Mentoring.
