Happy Wellness Day, Wolfpack! Take a moment to meet Emily Woods, one of our dedicated wellness coaches. 🖤
Emily is a senior studying psychology. Last week, we got the chance to pick her brain on why she loves her position at Wellness and Recreation.
"I love making a difference in people`s lives, big or small. I`m a big advocate for mental health and this position provides me a great opportunity to introduce people to resources, including myself, for the benefit of their well-being."
A fun fact bout her: She has seven tattoos , with her favorite being her snail one! 🐌

Come meet Elias Williamson, our first spotlight in our new Team Member Tuesday feature. 🐺 ❤️
Elias is a senior studying psychology here at NC State. When he`s not exploring the depths of the mind, Elias is helping the sports programs division as a program assistant. He chatted with us about what he enjoys about his position here at Wellness and Recreation.
"I love interacting with the participants of intramural sports and making sure they have a place to compete, socialize and have fun. It`s also cool to compete and play in the sports I help program. I enjoy working for Wellness and Recreation because of the people I get to interact with daily."
Do you also enjoy our intramural sports programs? Drop your favorite league or activity in the comments below!
