Find your perfect workout in our high-energy, music-filled fitness classes. We offer a variety of class options, including strength, cardio, and mind-body, all led by expert instructors in a motivating and supportive environment. Fitness classes are included with a Wellness and Recreation Center membership at no extra cost.

- Need to cancel your registration? To accommodate all interested participants, please remember to cancel your registration at least 30 minutes before the class starts if you are unable to attend class. Check out this how to video or PDF for more information.

Custom Fitness Experiences
Our custom fitness experiences are designed and tailored to your group’s unique needs. All class requests can be hosted at the Wellness and Recreation Center (space permitting) or at an off-site location. All custom fitness requests must be submitted a minimum of three weeks before the requested class date.

Love group fitness? Turn that passion into action! Wellness and Recreation offers a comprehensive Group Fitness Instructor Training Program that provides you with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to lead any format and obtain a nationally accredited certification. The 8-Week Training Program is offered once a semester and includes: Foundational Knowledge-Based Clinics, Format Specific Workshops, and Personalized Mentoring. Your unique energy and passion will inspire participants to achieve their wellness goals and recognize their own potential.
