If you are an NC State student enrolled in on-campus classes and paying full student fees, you are a Wellness and Recreation member.
You have access to our indoor facilities, outdoor spaces, programs and services. Your Wolfpack One Card serves as your membership card to enter the facility.

The typical full-time undergraduate and graduate student pays the Recreational Sports fee of $84.43 per semester ($168.86 per year) and Carmichael Indebtedness Fees of $71.50 per semester ($143.00 per year).

Non-Fee Paying Student Membership Options

Effective Friday, October 8, fall semester non-fee paying student memberships will be prorated.
All memberships can be purchased in-person at the Wellness and Recreation Center main entrance, across from Talley Student Union.

Distance Education and Non-Degree Students
Wellness and Recreation offers membership options for distance education (DE) and non-degree seeking (NDS) students enrolled in courses but not paying student fees. If the student does not have a Wolfpack One ID, they will receive a Wellness and Recreation Center ID card at the time of membership enrollment.
Previously Enrolled Student
If you were enrolled at NC State and are not enrolled in the current semester, you can join. Please present your Wolfpack One Card at the time of purchase. We will verify your previous semester enrollment. This membership type applies to students for one semester following their last enrollment in classes at NC State.
The International Student Internship program at NC State University facilitates temporary, full-time internship opportunities for select international students to do an academic internship on campus with an NC State faculty supervisor or with a US company. Student Interns do not pay NC State tuition or student fees. Student interns are eligible to join the Wellness and Recreation Center during the semester in which they are interning.
Student Household Membership
Current students are eligible to sponsor up to three household members, 18-years or older, at an additional cost for each membership. Proof of the same address is required at the time of membership registration and renewal. Below is a list of acceptable items. Please bring one item to show proof of address. The current student (sponsoring member) must hold an active membership and be present at the time of household membership purchases.
