  • Recreational Sports fee | $87.75 per semester ($175.50 per year)
  • Carmichael Indebtedness fees | $60.00 per semester ($120.00 per year).

Non-Fee Paying Student Memberships:

  • Fall or Spring | $100
  • Summer I or II | $40
  • Full Summer | $70

All memberships may be purchased in-person at the Wellness and Recreation Center main entrance, across from Talley Student Union. Please read through the non-fee-paying student membership options and bring the appropriate documentation to purchase your membership.

Distance education (DE) and non-degree seeking (NDS) students enrolled in courses, but who are not paying student fees, may purchase a Wellness and Recreation membership. If the student does not have a Wolfpack One ID, they will receive a Wellness and Recreation Center ID card at the time of membership enrollment.

Students that were previously enrolled at NC State, but are not enrolled in the current semester, may purchase a Wellness and Recreation membership using their Wolfpack One Card for one semester following their last semester of enrollment in classes. The member services team will verify previous semester enrollment.

The International Student Internship program at NC State University facilitates temporary, full-time internship opportunities for select international students to do an academic internship on campus with an NC State faculty supervisor or with a US company. Student Interns do not pay NC State tuition or student fees, but are eligible to purchase Wellness and Recreation membership during the semester in which they are interning.
