Please email our office Monday through Friday at least 24 hours before your requested pick-up date to make a rental reservation.
Pay for your rental at member services, located at the lobby of the Wellness and Recreation Center entrance, any time before your scheduled pickup day/time.
Please pick up your gear at the Wellness and Recreation Center garage doors during our open hours.
Once you pay for your reservation, cancellations are not possible. No refunds will be issued for any reason (including bad weather).
During busy times of the year, we may limit rentals to four items per item type per person (e.g., four tents, four sleeping bags, etc.). We may limit canoes, kayaks, and stand up paddleboards to two per person.
Payment must be made by credit or debit card (no cash or checks accepted currently).
Returned items are expected to be reasonably clean and dry. Cleaning fees may be assessed for excessively dirty items.
For equipment returned after the due date, a late charge will be incurred. You are responsible for the full replacement cost of all equipment not returned, damaged, lost, or stolen.
Please reserve boats a minimum of 24 hours in advance. Please and pick up/return all boats by 5:30 p.m.
You are responsible for the loading/unloading of the canoe(s) and kayak(s) onto your vehicle or trailer. We will provide an information sheet with proper instructions for strapping a boat to your vehicle.
Return equipment to us only during business hours.
Please arrive a minimum of 30 minutes before closing time.
Please allow approximately 15 minutes to check your equipment back in.
Returned items are expected to be reasonably clean and dry.
Do not wash sleeping bags or tents.
Equipment does not need to be returned by the renter. Other individuals may return the equipment.
For equipment returned after the due date, a late charge will be incurred.
A late charge will be calculated by the daily rate multiplied by the number of days late (up to 30-days).
You are responsible for the late charge and a replacement charge for items not returned after 30-days.
You are responsible for the full replacement cost of all equipment not returned, damaged, lost, or stolen.
A cleaning charge of $5, $10 or $15 per item will be assessed for equipment requiring cleaning.

Our bike and gear repair specialist will meet with you one-on-one by appointment only at Outdoor Adventures boat bay entrance, located off the Wellness and Recreation Center parking lot.
