Fitness Assessment Services
Know where you are today to get where you want to be tomorrow. Fitness assessments provide you baseline information about your current level of health, fitness and movement and allow you to measure your progress over time. Choose from three options: Body Composition, Cardiovascular, or Posture & Movement Assessment.
Assessment Options
- Body Composition
- Body composition refers to the relative percentages of fat mass and fat-free (lean) mass in your body weight. Measured accurately by the InBody 570, this assessment offers a comprehensive view of how your body weight is distributed.
- Cardiovascular Assessment
- Provide individuals with a baseline understanding of their aerobic fitness. This information can serve as a significant predictor of overall health, and one’s capacity to perform physical work, and even longevity.
- 4 options available: YMCA Step Test, The RockPort Walk Test, 1.5 Mile Run Test, 12 Minute Cooper Test
- Posture & Movement Assessment
- Evaluate both static posture and dynamic movement patterns, helping individuals identify muscle imbalances and mobility restrictions.

Philosophy of exercise and well-being: Exercise is so important because it has improved so many things in my life. The gym is a place I can go to workout with friends or have me time, challenge myself, and build habits of consistency that improve my mood and overall movement throughout my day-to-day life. I was once so intimidated to step into a gym, so I want others to feel comfortable and worthy to step into a gym, no matter their fitness level, age, etc. I want people to fall in love with movement that makes them feel good and create routines they can actually stick to, not fads they will quit in a matter of weeks. I am also passionate about nutrition, so I am excited I am getting to study how both fitness and nutrition coincide!
