Philosophy of exercise and well-being: Exercise is so important because it has improved so many things in my life. The gym is a place I can go to workout with friends or have me time, challenge myself, and build habits of consistency that improve my mood and overall movement throughout my day-to-day life. I was once so intimidated to step into a gym, so I want others to feel comfortable and worthy to step into a gym, no matter their fitness level, age, etc. I want people to fall in love with movement that makes them feel good and create routines they can actually stick to, not fads they will quit in a matter of weeks.
