Posture and Movement Assessment
Performing movements such as overhead squat, single leg squat, and push and pull exercises, participants will understand how potential muscle imbalances or postural distortions could be impacting your movement so you can better design an exercise program specific to your body.
Understanding your aerobic fitness, or your capacity to perform work, can serve as a significant predictor of overall health and longevity, and will help identify exercise intensities that are safe and effective for your fitness level.
- To register for an assessment, you must be an active Wellness and Recreation Center member.
- All purchases expire after 90 days.
- You will need to complete a PAR-Q (Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire) and Health History Form prior to testing.
