What is group wellness coaching?

Group wellness coaching is an affordable, convenient way to work with a wellness coach in a specialized, group setting. Unlike traditional education sessions, group coaching sessions are more detailed, cover more material, and provide time and space for participants to reflect, share, and practice skills while connecting with others.

Sessions are facilitated by nationally certified health and wellness coaches and typically last 75-90 minutes.

Eat Well: Nutrition 101 General nutrition, nutrition goals, eating healthy in college (students)
