Payment Options

Fees must be paid in full by Visa or Mastercard. Multiple months may be purchased at one time.

Faculty and staff that currently receive a paycheck from NC State, and their household members, are eligible for payroll deduction memberships.

Payroll deduction memberships are based on a one-year contract, with monthly membership fees paid via payroll deduction. Following the first year, membership fees will continue to be payroll deducted on a month-to-month basis indefinitely until canceled. Cancelation during the one-year contract period may be subject to a $30 service fee. Exceptions may include moving beyond a 50-mile radius from NC State, employment termination or a physician-verified illness.

Employees and their household members with active payroll deduction memberships are eligible to use payroll deduction as a payment option for locker rentals and various fitness and wellness programs, including personal training, group training, F45, wellness coaching and certification courses. You can pay for eligible programs in payroll deduction monthly installments of one to three months. Please visit Member Services for program registration.

Annual membership is based on a one-year contract from the date of joining. Membership must be paid in full at the time of purchase.
